We offer true 1-on-1 personal training or shared personal training (best for couples, family members, or friends who want to train together in their own private sessions!).

We have 4-week and 24-week memberships available. 4-week memberships run at $150 per session for 1v1 training and $100 per session per person for shared training (you + at least one other training partner you provide). 24-week memberships run at $125 per session for 1v1 training and $75 per session per person for shared training (you + at least one other training partner you provide).You can choose your desired training frequency of 1-5 times per week. We ask for at least a 30-day notice before your next membership renewal (your next 4 weeks or your next 24 weeks, depending on your chosen membership) if you'd like to cancel.

Our coaching investments range from as low as $75 per session to as high as $200 per session. This depends on your chosen training frequency, commitment level, and whether you'll be training 1-on-1 or with a partner(s).
Opus Body Lab is primarily a membership-based facility that believes commitment & accountability are imperative for achieving optimal results. However, we do offer single drop-in sessions for purchase if you cannot commit to a membership.
We ask for a 48-hour notice if you'd like to reschedule your session with your coach.
All sessions run 60 minutes.
We begin each session with a phased dynamic warmup that includes stretching, corrective exercises/mobility, muscle activation, general movement patterning, and central nervous system prep. This usually takes about 10-12 minutes. After the warmup is complete, you will move into about 45-50 minutes of strength training. We finish each session with 3 minutes of positional parasympathetic recovery breathing a.k.a. “legs up and chill.”
Yes! If you are an Opus member, you will get set up with initial nutrition guidance from us. This includes access to our exclusive 3-part video series, a Google Drive folder with educational e-books, and a customized 17-page Nutrition Blueprint. Your coach will design your Nutrition Blueprint based on your answers from a nutrition questionnaire you fill out in the on-boarding process. All of this comes with your membership when you sign up with us. After your initial set up, you can choose to add-on a 1-on-1 consultation if you have any other nutrition-related questions or need your coach to make adjustments to your plan. Consultation appointments are subject to availability and are an additional investment on top of your personal training membership.

We are not an open gym. Opus offers solely personal strength training sessions led by a coach. All sessions are run by appointment only.
